Job Description

You will partner with site operations, providing robust challenge and support, Hybrid workingClient DetailsUK division of an International FMCG business, supplying the major Retailers, based in the East Mids, hybrid working on offerDescriptionWith your team you will work closely with the sites to provide them, insight and robust financial analysis and also challenge existing and future costs as well as capital expenditure.

  • Site Finance team is responsible for developing and preparing detailed weekly, monthly and annual financial reports and KPIs for site. Meaningfully communicate these to all other areas of the business. Includes prime cost variance analysis, cost centreoverhead reporting, waste & project tracking
  • Management of site accruals and prepayments including inventory reconciliations
  • Capital project approval and investment appraisal. Asset management including timely additions, disposals and verification.
  • Play an integral part in change programs across the site focusing on supporting new product launches and capital installations, including all Project Tracking, e.g., waste, energy benefits.
  • Maintain Financial Control across all functions at site in the preparation of period end financial reporting.
  • Management and oversight of year end inventory processes
  • Support with annual audit for external auditor queries related to manufacturing site
  • People development including coaching and training of self and others including non-site based roles.
ProfileQualified or QBE Finance Manager with multi-site Manufacturing experience, commercially minded and capable of providing robust challenge. FMCG experience will be preferredJob Offer6-9 months, possibly temp to perm, £550-£600p/d, 3 days on site, 2 remote
