Job Description Identity Solution ArchitectDerby Full-timeWhy Rolls-RoyceAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Identity Solution Architect to join the Client team who are fundamental to delivering and improving the technology an end user comes into contact with daily.This is a chance to be part of a team who will be creating a new Identity and Access management platform for Rolls-Royce. Designing and implementing the Identity technology roadmaps and creating an improved digital experience for the end user.   • Interpret business requirements to enable and own the design of integrated solutions in accordance with the EA roadmap.
  • Lead the design of architecture within the Delivery Team for integrated solutions in line with appropriate standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction on technical aspects of systems development and integration in line with technical strategies, standards etc.
  • In Solution designs focus on User Experience and Automation and create and manage relationships with Vendor SAs / EAs.
  • Shared ownership for supporting and monitoring the Solutions.

  • Demonstrable IT architecture experience and demonstrable service orientated technical leadership.
  • Demonstrable technical leadership of complex technical and/or professional work activities and experience of leading and working in a global business environment and managing distributed teams.
  • Good business understanding and deep understanding of Identity and Access Management.
  • Advise on the available standards, methods, tools and applications relevant to own specialism.
  • Absorbs technical information and communicates effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences and actively seeks to understand the implications of new technologies and industry developments, communicating the opportunity and impactto the team.
