Join Our Team: Handover SpecialistLocation: DerbySalary: £26,000Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pmRole Type: PermanentPurpose of the Role:As a valued member of our clients Handover team, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless handover of cars to customers, maintaining the highest standards of customer service throughout the process. Your professionalism and dedication will beinstrumental in presenting our clients company in the best light.Role Accountabilities:- Provide a professional, friendly, and efficient handover service to customers collecting their newly purchased cars, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.- Utilise online platforms to tax the customer’s vehicle or provide necessary forms and guidance, and offer assistance in arranging insurance.- Conduct thorough handovers of vehicles to customers, ensuring they are fully briefed on essential information for safe driving.- Foster strong relationships with customers, anticipating future needs and enhancing our company’s reputation in the marketplace.- Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, management, and colleagues, maintaining professionalism at all times.Skills Required:- Customer-First Mindset: You prioritize the needs and satisfaction of our customers above all else.- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Your ability to provide exceptional service sets you apart.- Smart, Professional Appearance: Uniform provided; you represent our company with pride.- Full, Clean Driving License: Essential for this role.- Vehicle Knowledge: Willingness to learn or utilize existing knowledge.- Confidence in Driving: Comfortable navigating new areas.- Professional Manner and Friendly Approach: You interact with customers and colleagues with professionalism and warmth.Knowledge and Experience Required:- Can-Do Attitude: You embrace the dynamic nature of this role and tackle each day with enthusiasm.- Courteous and Professional: Your attitude towards customer service is exceptional.- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable operating iPads or willing to learn.Required skills
