Do you have Electrical Working Supervisor experience, and are you seeking a new job in Derby Jonathan Lee Recruitment is working with a client looking for a full-time Electrical Working Supervisor, paying JIB Rates.The Electrical Working Supervisor is crucial in overseeing and supervising electrical projects and maintenance works.In your first few weeks in this Electrical Working Supervisor role, you can expect to:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of electricians to ensure deadlines are met and quality is achieved
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members for successful project execution

  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions
To apply for this Electrical Working Supervisor role, you will need to be a Level 3 C&G Qualified and be 2391 Test & Inspection qualified. You will also require the following:
  • Proven experience as an electrician or electrical supervisor
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components
  • Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations
  • A driving licence
