Job Description

Encore have an exciting position for a CPC Trainer Driver working on an FTE basis, 5-days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, delivery CPC training to clients and internal drivers, supporting the Encore CPC offering and Driving, where required across the Encore Driving locations when not delivering training.This position would suit an experienced driver looking to progress into trainingCPC Trainer: The role of the CPC Trainer Driver is primarily to support Encores CPC offering to both Encore Drivers and Encore Client Drivers. Expectations with regards to CPC support will include;

  • Responsible for the delivery of Encores CPC Approved training courses
  • Attend site for the purpose of Health & Safety evaluation, prior to the delivery of any training.
  • Liaise with the CPC Manager to agree the scheduling of training courses.
  • Work alongside theCPC Administrator in the following areas:
  • Running the CPC calendar.
  • Booking of both internal and external CPC courses.
  • Ensuring all booking documentation is provided to the Administrator in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure courses are ready for delivery and pre-course documentation is complete in line with JAUPT Compliance.
  • Provide Administrator with post course documentation.
  • Keep up to date with legislation that impacts directly or indirectly the Transport industry in order to maintain their own CPD.
    • HGV Driver: To support the Driving Division when not delivering CPC Training in the capacity of a Driver. Expectations with regards to driving support will include;
  • Driving of all vehicles required by the business.
  • Support all Driving Divisions where needed.
  • Acting as an Ambassador to Encore Driving.
  • Maintenance of all professional licenses.
  • To drive in accordance with Drivers Hours Legislation and RT(WT)R
