Recruitment Sales GeneratorFull Time, Part TimeNegotiable Salary + Commission + 33 days holiday + Private Medical + Generous BenefitsJob Title: Appointment Maker - Temporary Industrial RecruitmentJob Summary:As an Appointment Maker in the Temporary Industrial Recruitment industry, your primary responsibility is to facilitate and coordinate face-to-face meetings with potential clients. Your role involves engaging with businesses in need of temporary industrial staffingsolutions, promoting our recruitment services, and ultimately scheduling appointments for our recruitment specialists. Success in this role is measured by the number of qualified appointments set and the conversion of these appointments into new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting, Lead Generation & Engagement:•Research and identify potential clients that utalise temporary staffing as a solution within their business model•Utilise various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate leads and initiate contact with decision-makers.•Communicate effectively with potential clients to articulate the value proposition and benefits of our staffing solutions.•Tailor pitches to address specific client needs and challenges.Appointment Scheduling:•Collaborate with recruitment specialists to align availability and schedules for face-to-face meetings.•Utilise our inhouse CRM system to efficiently manage and track appointments.Relationship Building:•Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and updates.•Provide additional information as needed and address any questions or concerns.Performance Metrics:•Set and achieve weekly and monthly targets for the number of appointments scheduled.•Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to appointment setting and conversion rates.Market Intelligence:•Stay informed and updated about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.•Provide feedback to the sales and recruitment teams based on client interactions.Reporting:•Generate and submit regular reports on appointment setting activities, outcomes, and future opportunities.Qualifications:•Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or direct sales is essential with familiarity of temporary staffing and associated legislation.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to understand client needs and effectively communicate how our services can meet those needs.•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.•Proficient in using CRM software and appointment scheduling tools.•Working Conditions:•This position may require a combination of office-based work and / or remote outreach.•Regular communication and collaboration with the recruitment and sales teams.•Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the temporary industrial recruitment sectorAt ethero, we place our people and ethics at the heart of everything we do.
