Job Description

Vanta Staffing Slough are currently recruiting an Retail Assistant for our Gardening client based in Denham, Uxbridge. Benefits include full-time, temp to perm opportunities. Immediate start for the successful candidate, working Monday to Friday, paying £11.00 per hour.As a Retail Assistant you will need to have:

Driving License (desirable due to location)
Welcoming and professional manner, previous customer/ retail experience is desirable
Presentable with a high level of spoken and written English
Flexible, adaptable and able to work using own initiative to ensure customers are informed about products and receive a great customer service
Ability to prioritise own workload

Role of a Retail Assistant:

As front of house, the successful candidate will meet and greet customers and have knowledge of the business, to enable them to point customers in the right direction. The position is primarily outdoors, meaning successful candidates must be willing to workin all weather conditions.
All applicants must have the desire to learn and grow within the business, learning about products and services (an interest in plants is a bonus!)

Pay of Retail Assistant:

£11.00

Retail Assistant Shifts:

Mon to Friday, 1000 to 1800 (must be flexible with weekend work)
Location: Denham, Uxbridge
Duration: Ongoing, temp to perm
