This highly rewarding role offers the chance to get involved in a wide variety of projects and implement significant changes tothe business.Our Operations division is key to the identification and implementation of capital investment projects.Youll have the opportunity to utilise a broad range of engineering disciplines and interact with all areas of the business.The key responsibilities of our Project Engineer will include:

Identification, implementation and delivery of capital investment projects on time and within budget
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the optimum service for SC Johnson
Management of contractors to ensure the highest safety standards are maintained
Lead improvement activities and the development of the skill base within manufacturing facility
Ensure that all Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to at all times.

Previous experience / knowledge required of our Project Engineer:

Minimum of HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline
Minimum of 6 years’ experience of working in an Engineering role
Experience of working in a FMCG environment

Competencies, behaviors and aptitudes required of our Project Engineer:

Self-motivated to drive progression along challenging timelines
Ability to manage multiple work streams at the same time, unphased by change in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills
