Job Description

Do you have previous sales experience and are looking for a new and exciting challenge Our reputable client based in Denby are looking to hire a Customer Support Agent to join their growing business.To be considered for the role, youll require the following essentials:

  • Previous sales experience ideally
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Able to work to and meet deadlines
The ideal candidate will be self-motiated and be happy working on their own as well as within a team.Within this position, youll also be:
  • Supporting customers that interact with the department
  • Working to achieve and exceed KPIs and deadlines
  • Driving sales and upgrades
  • Building great rapport with customers
  • Performing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Actioning invoices, maintaining records and tracking payments
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers
