Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new and exciting challenge Our reputable client based in Denby are looking to hire an administrator to join their growing business. You will be an integral member of the team by providing admin solutionsto all parts of the business.To be considered for the role, youll require the following essentials:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to deadlines
The ideal candidate will have a customer service and admin background. You will be an excellent communicator and a great team player. Being highly organised is a must for this role.Within this position, youll also be:
  • Managing & maintaining a set of external accounts, processing reports, recording accurate data & ensuring follow up action where necessary
  • Performing general administration duties including data entry, order processing & auditing
  • Carrying out all invoicing functions, maintaining records & payment tracking
  • Dealing with internal & external customers, providing excellent service at all times
