Search Consultancy are looking for a reliable General Handyman for our client in Livingston to undertake, upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior of the company premises.MONDAY-FRIDAY SHIFTS8AM-5PM£11.50 P/HONGOING WORK! TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY WITH THIS CLIENT AFTER 12 WEEKS!MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:* To work to the standard set in the most efficient and safe manner possible.* Ensure that work surroundings are kept tidy and comply with health and safety requirements.* Adhere to company and customer guidelines and procedures at all times.* Perform maintenance and light repairs. * Ensure all scheduled maintenance checks are carried out.* Identify and report the need for major repairs.* Perform routine landscaping on the grounds. * Clearing yard of snow during winter months.* To ensure all hygiene tasks are completed to schedule.* Cleaning and maintaining Ripening Rooms.
