Loans of up to £50,000 can be made.Through sustained and extensive business development activity, our Investment Executives are responsible for sourcing and appraising suitable investment opportunities. These investments will be made under commercial terms and in accordance with the investmentcriteria set by the Development Bank. Typically, investments will be unsecured so an ability to understand underlying cashflow assumptions and to properly assess these is paramount.With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will develop and maintain links and networks with key business introducers and intermediaries to source suitable investment opportunities.We are ideally looking for an individual with experience in investing or lending to SME along with an understanding of risk assessment and investment processes and procedures. Previous experience of credit report preparation and the ability to analyse financialinformation is essential.With proven problem-solving ability and strong technical skills, you will be confident in your own decision making and have the ability to prioritise and organise your work under pressure.
