Job Description

Im currently recruiting an experienced CSR Manager to join my well known and reputable industrial Client based in Llanelli.This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm from the office based in Dafen, SA14.The main objective of the role is to work as part of the group services support team, be responsible for helping the company to further enhance and promote its commitment to CSR and people development in line with Business Strategy.Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and policies which underpin businesss CSR commitment.
  • Establish, monitor and support with the project level community engagement plans.
  • Co-ordinate all community engagements activities liaising with all required stakeholder groups.
  • Establish and maintain links with all Clients in respect of community engagement and CSR, promoting businesss commitment in this area.
  • Monitor and support project level registration and inspection to Considerate Constructor Scheme (CCS).
  • Undertake marketing and PR activities, liaising with external bodies as required.
  • Co-ordinate companys social media presence on key platforms such as Linked in and Twitter.
  • Manage updates to the companys website in liaison with the website host.
  • Manage companys commitment and obligations in respect of Targeted Recruitment & Training (TR&T) on projects.
  • Enhancing internal and external communication to reinforce the company’s social responsibility commitments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data gathering in respect of all responsibilities.
  • Work with teams to advise on legal considerations relating to all elements of CSR.
Candidate profileEssential
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior management and department leads.
  • Ability to empathise and adapt to different groups of people in order to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
  • Strong core values centred around a high degree of awareness of society needs and expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent organisational and project skills.
  • Have a flexible approach and be willing to work with the wider team.
  • IT literate with good knowledge Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Desirable
  • Previous CSR experience within a corporate environment.
