Due to the retirement of the current post holder we are currently looking for applications to recruit an 8a Clinical Physiology Service Manager based at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli.This is a key leadership role within the department and Health Board and you will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager Cardiology and the other site Clinical Physiology Managers based on the other sites. The post encompasses being the site lead responsible for the physiology staff and clinical expertise in cardio respiratory services.You will need to have knowledge of and experience in managing NHS services, staff, day to day operations, management and delivery of Diagnostic Tier 1 standards. You will have knowledge of budget management, staff engagement and management.
