Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB) are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Resuscitation Service team. As Service Lead, the successful applicant will lead a team of Resuscitation Officers, delivering the Health Boards clinical priorities within resuscitation training and the management of acute clinical deterioration.The post holder will work closely with the Recognising Acute Deterioration And Resuscitation (RADAR) group; identifying training needs, planning course delivery, developing quality improvement initiatives and reporting clinical outcomes.The successful applicant will have significant experience in the field of resuscitation, including Resuscitation Council (UK) courses. They will need to have an enthusiastic approach to leadership and staff development.Swansea Bay University Health Board is a large organisation with three major hospitals Morriston, Singleton and Neath Port Talbot.
