We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and talented clinical pharmacist to become part of the Neurology & Multiple sclerosis team. The pharmacist will be an integral part of this dynamic team, providing clinical pharmacy services to neurology and mulptiple sclerosis patients at Morriston Hospital. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead, develop & provide a patient-oriented pharmacy service.Working alongside clinical colleagues, you will be fully integrated into the multidisciplinary team to support all the pharmaceutical needs of the speciality, this will include opportunities for advanced practice and developing the pharmacy service.Our team endeavours to provide a comprehensive, highly skilled service to clinical areas. This approach contributes to an improvement in the quality of prescribing and clinical care for the patient. We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, motivated and talented pharmacist to join our team. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with good time management and organisational skills.Support and mentoring will be provided to the successful candidate to ensure that you fulfil your potential in the exciting and challenging role.
