Job Description

Sales Manager - Catering and Event Company - Salary + Bonus circa £45,000 - Birmingham B76Whats in it for the successful Sales Manager

Circa £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Transparent quarterly bonus, based upon set KPIs (uncapped - circa £10,000)
48-hour contract
Hybrid working

Our client is a leading independent catering and event business based in Birmingham with clients across the greater Midlands. The company focuses on high-end Weddings, Events and Corporate Catering. These guys are excellent at what they do, and businessis booming. To that end, we are searching for a highly organised sales manager to drive the companys growth in all areas.What qualities & experience are we looking for in the successful Sales Manager

Highly organised and driven
A passion for and knowledge of, food and events
Someone who builds rapport quickly and nurtures strong relationships
An active listener who pays close attention to clients preferences and expectations
Experience in sales is preferred but not essential - the passion for food, cuisine, events and hospitality is the key driver for our client
