Job Description

Team LeaderSalary - £21,000 - £23,000Job PurposeThe objective of this role is to lead a finishing team to produce finished goods to the agreed specifications and standards and achieve the daily planned output within estimated labour hours.Main Mission and Activity

  • Ownership and accountability of line leadership
  • Follow company procedures and processes
  • Manage team in line with procedures and processes
  • Achieve daily planned target outputs
  • Monitor quality throughout production controlling waste levels
  • Accurate record keeping of production outputs, waste and stock within company systems
  • Create a culture of Health & Safety Awareness, good manufacturing practice, high quality standard, good housekeeping
  • Good communication with regular beliefs to team
  • Building team effectiveness throughout the production, technical, quality and logistics team
  • Understand improvement techniques
  • Actively involved in projects, plan, organise, arrange all that is needed to make it happen in operations
  • Maintain good facilities in the department, monitoring ergonomics working environment for staff
  • Carry out any other duties as requested by Manager
