Job Description

Customer Service Superstars Wanted!Are you a people person Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment Are you looking for an opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills If so, we have the perfect position for you!We are currently seeking 6 Customer Service Representatives to join our clients dynamic team in Cumbernauld. As a key member of their customer service department, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on our clients customers. This is a temporaryrole, with a contract length of 6 months, providing you with an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a reputable organisation.Why Join Us

  • Competitive hourly rate, starting from £11.75
  • Part time - 20 hours - 3 evenings + 1 weekend shift - the weekend shift will be an 8-hour shift.
  • All hours between 7am - 11pm flexible.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and order status.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Manage customer accounts, process orders, and update customer information in the system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Uphold the companys customer service standards and follow established protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
