The Role: 3x Processing AdministratorsLocation: BearsdenRate of pay: £11 per hourHours: 9am-5pm, Monday-FridayAssignment Length: OngoingOffice Angels Glasgow have an excellent opportunity to join a well-established client during a period of growth. This role will initially be an ongoing, temporary role but could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. This role is based within our clients head office, based in Bearsden, where you will be working within the operations team. There are good transport links, the office is close to Westerton train station and there is also free parking available on site.Main Duties:- Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless running of services, while maintaining exceptionally high standards - Processing customer details and requirements. Including activation of service, scheduling and processing payments and maintaining accurate customer files.- Taking calls from customers relating to relevant policies and plans and making outbound calls to our customers and service providers.- Adapting to needs of the business and supporting other teams where necessary - Ensuring company guidelines and values are adhered to at all timesOur ideal candidates:- Will have excellent IT skills and be able to confidently use Microsoft Office packages.- Have previous customer service experience and be focused on delivering this to a high standard.- Will have excellent attention to detail- Be an effective communicator.- Enjoy working as part of a teamIf this sounds like the role for you, please apply or contact us for a confidential chat on .This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Office Angels who are operating as an employment agency.
