Job Description

Passive Fire Project Manager required for a growing Fire and Security businessThis National Fire and Security company have seen year on year growth within Fire and Security and with recent contract wins within the Fire Protection industry are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the operations of ourPassive Fire projects across the South Wales and South West region.You will / can be based from either their Cardiff or Bristol office and you will also have the flexibility to work remotely when needed.In this role, you will supervise and manage contractors, ensuring task completion safely and efficiently within specified timelines. Your duties will include managing sub-contractors, conducting pre and post-project inspections, leading progress meetings,and overseeing day-to-day project delivery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise contractors to ensure project completion in adherence to safety standards and timelines.
  • Manage sub-contractors and oversee project inspections before and after works.
  • Conduct progress meetings and ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Great communication skills
  • RAMs
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, FRA works, Health & Safety, and Environmental regulations.

  • SMSTS certification - Desirable
  • First Aid certification - Desirable
  • Preferred: Asbestos Awareness
  • Ability to obtain Security Clearance
  • IOSH certification
  • Preferred: Relevant Fire Qualification in BM Trada, FIRAS, NVQ Passive Fire
  • Knowledge of Fire Doors
