Candidates must have at least 2 European language including English. This position is highly remote with the opportunity for travel.Role: European Billings SpecialistSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annumMode: RemoteMain duties and key responsibilities as the European Billings Specialist:

Handle complex and customer specific cases (key accounts), escalations and exceptions

Support and join commercial teams in negotiations with key customers

Identify, address and provide support for customer specific issues and exceptions proactive and reactive (e.g. extended terms)

Connect with other business partners when specific expertise is required that is not available in the region

Support customer contracts review and credit checks

Maintain key account list

Provide support and input for commercial strategy

Develop plans and actions with the business to execute commercial strategy -

Drive and grow business value in the market by setting financial and strategic targets (on local level, in line with regional targets) -root cause analysis and making sure that disputes do not occur

Perform analysis on business performance: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs to give recommendations to the pricing team

Represent the business in the customer on-boarding process

About you as the European Billings Specialist:

Fluent in two European languages one of which must be English

Customer service focused

Experience of project management

Good communication skills - written and verbal

Understanding of the invoicing process

Willing to travel - both domestically and internationally as required
