Customer Care Representative - CoventryFull Time 37.5 hoursShift patterns between 7.00am - 7.30pm with occasional weekends£10.39 per hour (£20,100 plus bonus when permanent)This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis after a 6 week periodDo you want to work for a global organisation who will support your career, deliver excellent training and a fantastic working environment We are currently recruiting for a number of positions to grow the existing team. As an Inbound customer service representative,you will be responsible for helping customers with any enquiries, resolving issues, helping our customers to track orders, setting up new accounts and generally ensuring our customers receive a positive experience, all done within a fun, lively and positiveteam environment.Providing you have some experience of customer service, either face to face or over the phone and can demonstrate the following, we want to hear from you

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
