Bids and Marketing Assistant£30,000YorkshireMonday to Friday 8am - 5pmOur client specializes in creating inspiring office,hotel,leisure and educational spaces. Working closely with architects and interior designers to offer a full design service providing 3D visuals and even 3D walkthroughs of the designs. Their consultantsand fit out furniture experts create environments designed to inspire businesses to go further.As the Marketing and BID Manager you will be responsible for the coordination and support of all corporate marketing functions with a focus on production of proposals, identifying potential customers and the development of marketing plans that align withthe business strategy.Key duties:

Assist in producing pitch documents for presentations

Coordinate end-to-end process of proposal production

Track overall marketing workload

Responsible for day-to-day management of our clients social media platforms

Creation of weekly blog content

Work on design / photoshop

Submit project team structures

Management of external SEO and website agency

What we are looking for;

Proficient in MS Office

Proficient in Adobe illustrator and Indesign

Experienced in photoshop

Proficient in social channels (linkedIn, twitter,instagram)

Understanding of SEO

Construction knowledge - desirable
