Job Description

Pre-School ManagerDo you have a passion for the education and development of young children Are you looking for a new management opportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, innovative and strategically minded person, who is seeking to further their management career.We are looking for a Pre-School Manager who will continue to provide high quality early years education within our setting, with excellent organisational skills, who has the ability to manage a successful team of staff and volunteers.The Successful candidate should:- Have a minimum of NVQ level 3 early years child care or equivalent.- Have at least two years’ experience in an early years managerial capacity.- Be able to demonstrate excellent individual and team leadership skills.- Be able to effectively plan and implement vision and strategy.- Be highly competent in administrative and management roles.- Sympathetic to the Christian faithThe post is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and references.Hours: 26 hours per week; core hours: Mon - Thurs 9am-2pm + 6 additional hours per week to be worked on a flexible basis to cover management and compliance work.Term time only (38 weeks)About UsSt Paul’s Pre-School is a popular Church of England, non-profit making pre-school which has been established for over 40 years.
