Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to work in our diverse and fast paced IT Services Team, based in Edenbridge, Kent. Competitive salary offered up to £33K depending on skills and experience. Excellent career opportunity withtrainingprovided for the right candidate.Working within a friendly team you will be responsible for providing technical support to NetVectors customers via the telephone and using remote support technology. The role involves diagnosing issues and resolving them where possible at first point of contact.You may also have the chance to work on customer projects, visit client sites and be responsible for some account management of our smaller clients.This role will ideally suit someone who has been working in a 1st/2nd line IT services support role and is able to demonstrate good all-round technical troubleshooting skills. A keen customer focus, combined with excellent communication skills are essential.You will have a minimum of 12 months experience working in a similar IT Services support role and can demonstrate troubleshooting skills in the following areas:-Microsoft Office and desktop operating systems -Anti-virus alerts and detections-Network printing -User Hardware & Software -Mobile devices particularly email access issues -Internet connectivity -Mac operating systems -Remote access tools such as TeamViewer & RMM SoftwareThe role requires you to work a rotating shift pattern based on 8am to 4:30pm, 9am to 5:30pm and 9:30am to 6pm.
