The Role of the Technical Sales Administrator:
  • Answering inbound calls from customers and discussing their requirements.
  • Putting together quotes and recording information using the CRM system.
  • Support the sales office and team.
  • Internal project coordination support, liaising with operations and engineering teams.
  • Preparing monthly reports.
