A growing accountancy practice based in Crewkerne has a requirement for an Accounts Senior to join their team. You will undertake year end accounts preparation, tax and VAT compliance, bookkeeping and undertake wider responsibilities with the opportunityoffering increasing responsibility, technical skill development and support on offer, as you develop within this firm and role.Client DetailsBased in Crewkerne this accountancy practice acts for wide ranging clients across varying industries acting for OMBs, SMEs and corporate limited company clients, along with acting for smaller sole trader and partnerships. Study support and career progressionprospects are on offer here within a well-established firm of accountants, along with flexible working hours and mix of home to office working.DescriptionYou will join the team as an Accounts Senior and will take on increasing responsibility over time as your develop within this firm and role, undertaking year end accounts preparation, tax compliance across both personal and corporate, management accounts,VAT and bookkeeping. You will have opportunity to develop technically and progress, carving a long term career move, as a highly valued addition in this team of experienced accountants with support on offer for those pursuing further qualifications.ProfileFor this Accounts Senior role you may be AAT qualified, or studying at the latter stage of level 4, or have developed your career entirely through experience only to date. Equally you could be pursuing and studying for ACCA or other qualifications. You willhave a career background working within the accountancy practice sector for an accounting firm of any size, with anything from at least two to three years experience to date, or considerably more. You will bring a mix, or any of: year-end accounts preparation,tax, bookkeeping, VAT, etc and be looking to find a new career move, where you can become a key, long term addition to a successful team and firm.Job Offer£25,000 - circa £30,000 dependent on background and experience, all to be explored.
