We are looking for an experienced individual to work days with a passion for people and process to join our clients leadership team at an astounding company based in Crewkerne. This Team Leader position will work mainly with products and processes, while also overseeing the training and performance of the team.The role:As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a group of individuals who will be responsible for carrying out day to day operations of our production processes. You will be in charge of effectively managing teams and implementing efficientsystems and strategies to ensure consistent and efficient production.
