Job Description

Care Assistants required for fulfilling career earning between £10 per hour and £93k per year.Seriously, if you embark on a care career, starting on £10ph you are entering a profession which could see you earning as much as £93k. Wed be happy to explain how that is possible. Its not as daunting as you might imagine. Its not all about the money, though, is it So, let me tell you, one of my favourite clients wants me to find them some super-duper, kind, loving, compassionate carers, from entry level upwards for one of their Care Homes.Whats on offer, is a starting pay of £10 per hour, up to £10.40on DAY shifts and up to £10.90 for NIGHT shifts (dependant on NVQ2 or NVQ3 qualifications). On top of that they offer:

  • Enhanced overtime rates (UPTO AN ADDITIONAL +£5 PER HOUR)
  • Refer a Friend Bonus £200
  • Full and Part time positions - day and Night shifts (flexible working hours)
  • Uniforms provided and the odd free meal is available too!
  • ENHANCED Pension Scheme - not just statutory
  • EAP Legal Advice/counselling
  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing career training and development
  • Friendly team and supportive Manager
What you need: You dont need skills just compassion! Experience of caring for others would be useful, not necessarily in a paid role - you may have looked after an elderly relative or friend.More important though is your kind-hearted nature, your belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative and imagination, follow instructions and enjoy being busy. Please apply with CV to Ruth Walster - If you havent got a CV thats up to date, dont worry, we can deal with that later.
