Midday Supervisors - Are you flexible andenthusiastic We can offer you work as a Midday Supervisor. You need to beconscientious, reliable, hard-working and be able to work on your owninitiative as well as being able to support the team. The achievements of our pupils are extraordinaryand will give you a sense of achievement when they make progress, howeversmall. In-house training will be given on all aspects of the job, although alevel of knowledge or understanding is an advantage. Midday Supervisors supportpupils aged from nursery through to Year 6. Behavioural needs vary from childto child so you will need to be both confident and resilient in working withchallenging behaviour.
