Head Spray Painter - £21,448 – CrayfordYour new role will involve you managing a team of 3. You will take full responsibility for the department’s workload, including planning and stock control, whilst spraying the majority of work yourself.Previous experience of material preparation and wet paint spray application working with manufacturing or motor trade sector is essential, along with paint can shakers and can crushing equipment.You will be responsible for the following:Preparation work, rubbing down, masking and jigging up parts prior to spraying.Setting up solvent based wet spray equipment, cleaning and maintenance of paint equipment.Making sure your staff mix and paint to the right specification.Ensuring all painted products meet tight quality control standards.As you will be working for a high-end manufacturer, spraying a range of products with awkward profiles and edges your attention to detail will make you stand out.If you hold all of the above skills and are interested in applying for this role, please contact today.
