Our client is leading name within the asbestos sector and services a varied portfolio of clients throughout the UK. Due to recent contract wins, they are currently recruiting for an experience and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Dartford area. Consideration will be given to applications from the Romford, London, Watford, Harlow and the surrounding areas.Qualifications & Experience:Must hold the P402/P403/P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification.Experience working in an asbestos surveying/analyst role within the asbestos industry.A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.Excellent communication skills.Role:Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.Undertake Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.Supervising contractors on site ensuring compliance with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.Producing comprehensive asbestos reports.Maintaining a professional working relationship with the companys mixed portfolio of clients.The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, depending on experience, company vehicle and many other benefits.Future Select specialize in recruiting staff in the asbestos industry and currently have many clients looking for candidates.
