HR AdministratorSalary: £28,000-£35,000paFull Time - PermanentReed HR is supporting an organisation who is looking for a HR Administrator,this role is varied and will be supporting the HR and Payroll function. You will be after training, responsible for completing our Monthly payroll,data entry, HR administration to support Head of People and Culture, receptionist duties, and holiday management.Responsibilities:• Provide general administrative support to the People department.• Safeguard confidential employee information and handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as directed by the Head of People.• Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.• Perform data entry tasks and managing documentation and general administration tasks as and when required for other Senior Leaders.Requirements:• Proficient in using HR software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Knowledge of Sage 50 or other HR management systems would be an advantage.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.• Proven experience in HR and Payroll administration and data entry.If you feel you have the right experience for this role, please apply now!
