Summary Were looking for a Holidays Operations Assistant Manager to assist the Holidays Manager in the efficient delivery of their Holidays portfolio.The hours:37.5 hoursper week.The salary: £20,721 per annumDuration: This is a permanent position, with the opportunity to progress What its like to work here To find out more about National Trust holidays visit holidays What youll be doing Youll deliver high levels of customer service to our guests, dealing with queries in line with agreed NT procedures. Team work will be essential, as youll be working with the wider property team, as well as Contact Centre staff and internal service deliveryis just as important.Youll be excellent with people. As the first point of contact for Caretakers, your supervisory experience will really help you to get the best from the team through training, coaching and development in order to deliver a consistent offer in line with theNT holidays toolkit. Alongside this youll be organising rotas in line with bookings, ensuring that changeovers and service cleans are delivered and good stock control is essential, as is efficient purchasing and store management in order to minimise costswhilst still providing a good service to caretakers.
