The Hours: This role is based on 400 annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year. Click here for more information about this location What youll be doing Visitors are a vital part of what we do. As the Service Assistant its your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is flawless, setting them up for an outstanding experiencefor the rest of the day. In this role, youll be working alongside a big staff team and volunteers to deliver outstanding customer service. Welcoming and admitting visitors, providing information and orientation, youll also be working on our property tillsselling admission tickets, processing payments of activities and events and promoting our Growing Support strategy (Memberships/Donations/Fundraising). Well also need you to promote events, offers, products and benefits of actively supporting the NationalTrust, and support in the delivery of these events at times throughout the year.
