Software Development Manager, Team Lead - To £50k + bonusTria Recruitment are very pleased to be appointed as the exclusive sourcing partner with a long-term client, that are going through a huge & ongoing transformation programme that is facilitating change throughout all departments & levels and are offeringfantastic growth opportunities for Software Development Team Leads and/or Managers to become part on huge internal product development.They are looking for 3 Software Development managers to meet expansion growth and take ownership for leading their respective software engineering and development teams in both green field & brown field software, app & product development including managingthe full project lifecycle.The software engineering teams are responsible for software development across the organisation (which is both large & complex & includes international offices) and it is very much about the ongoing digital transformation programme and work with varioussoftware languages where one team focusses on C# .NET combined with Mulesoft & related tools etc as well as cloud technologies whilst another team utilises Sharepoint development with JavaScript etc.We are looking for two types of Managers to join these teams - One more of a line manager used to managing direct reports within software development & understands the software lifecycle but happy with a more management than technical role. Whilst we arealso looking for 2 Tech Team Leads within Software Development or Software Engineering whom are either ready to move into a management capacity or already in one but are looking for a better employer & are happy to sometimes be involved at a technical levelbut are definite problem solvers and can manage developers with a hands-on approach through the project lifecycle.There is also the opportunity to gain Salesforce experience and the line manager for these opportunities is nothing short of fantastic and really looks after their teams/staff!Experience required:
