An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our team at UHCW@HOME. Our service provides a comprehensive hospital at home service to patients who are clinically stable to leave hospital and continue their treatment at home.UHCW@HOME covers various aspects of adult nursing, providing IV therapy, drain, VAC therapy , wound and line care. We offer appropriate training and support and opportunities for career progression in the future.We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and compassionate nurse to join our team. This position would be ideal for a dynamic candidate with excellent communication skills, who is able to work autonomously. A full UK driving licence and business insurance cover are an essential requirement for this role.Our team prides itself on team work.
