Job Description

Operations Administrator Igloo has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator (Items Inventory) in the Bruntingthorpe area. This role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UKs leading automotive companies who have operationsacross the nation.The Role:As an Operations Administrator, you will be working on but not limited to:

  • Ensuring all vehicle records are accurately updated on all systems
  • Ensuring all items are stored in the correct locations and manner
  • Observing and ensuring the use of Health and Safety rules
  • Driving vehicles as instructed by your Line Manager for which you are licenced to drive
  • Checking inbound units and booking then into our clients system for processing
  • Updating the units details (V5 present, SD cards, key, milage, etc)
  • Allocating stock locations
  • Dealing with drivers dropping off the vehicles
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required
What kind of person we are looking for:
  • Must hold a full driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences
  • Compliant with use of handheld and tablet technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong PC skills
  • Self-driven and self-motivated
  • Must be able to work within a team environment
  • Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Problem solving skills
