Mammography Trained RadiographerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mammography Trainned Radiographer to join our caring, nurturing and supportive team.The post holder should possess a BSc. in Radiography or equivalent, be state registered, have attained the Postgraduate Award in Mammographic practice and hold a full current driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.The post holder will be a member of the multidisciplinary team based at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire Hospital. The role involves undertaking mammography examinations as part of the NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) and ISO 9000:2015 standard operating procedures.Duties are carried out at a range of different locations to include the City of Coventry Health Centre, George Eliot Hospital, Rugby St Cross and within three mobile screening units at various locations.Duties will be undertaken flexibly in the week. The shift pattern combines a mixture of different hours to include 6, 7.5 and 8.5 hour days with early starts and late finishes, however the current practice following Covid-19 is a standard 7.5hour day.
