Job Description

Field Installation Engineer £13.00 to £15.00 per hour plus overtime rates after 40 hours Our client in Cambridgeshire is looking for highly skilled & motivated Field Installation Engineer to join their team to install a range of Server Racks, Network Cabinets and other bespoke systems across the United Kingdom & Worldwide.The Field Installation Engineerwill be:

Ensuring company products and equipment is installed to an excellent standard.
Providing excellent customer service when out on site and communicating fully with the support team regarding the progress of the install
Being a trusted member of the team by working with minimal day to day supervision
Incorporating a flexible approach to hours and travel worldwide to meet customer requirements.
Ensuring company health and safety guidelines are followed and wearing the correct PPE.
Ensuring company vehicles are operated in a safe manner and driver checks are carried out.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications for the Field Installation Engineer:

Previous experience within a similar role working in an industrial environment essential
Ability to read technical drawings and site plans desirable, but full training will be provided.
Ability to work using your initiative with complex bespoke designs.
CSCS Cards desirable.
IPAF / PASMA desirable, but full training will be provided.
Ability to carry out a physically demanding role.
Full Driving licence required.
DBS Check - depending on customer requirements.
Passport required, as regular foreign travel.
