Job Description

Premier Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Corbridge, Northumberland to recruit a Head of Care/Registered Manager to join their team. This is a full-time and permanent role.Our client is largest providers of specialist behavioural health services for children and adults in the UK.The Role

  • The Head of Care (Registered manager) role is a Senior Leadership position within a residential college for children and adults between the ages of 16 and 25.
  • Leading a large care team and motivating the care team; including Deputy Home Managers, Team leaders, Night Senior Learning Support and Residential Support Workers, they will innovate and improve the quality of the provision.
  • The Head of Care will share the responsibility in ensuring the safe and effective operations of 52 week and 38 week care students at the college providing high quality and person centred residential support during their 2-3 year placements. The studentslive within small homes across the site.
  • Working alongside the Principal, Head of Education and leadership team to developing the quality of provision and staff teams skills and abilities to deliver college intent, working collaboratively to equip students with the knowledge, skills and personalresilience that will prepare them for their best possible adult life.
