If that resonates with you, join us!Role Summary:Provide support for manufacturing systems including software and hardware at local site. System administration, deployment, development, and support of all relevant equipment.Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical mentorship to users and management for software and hardware related issues and queries.
  • Participate in projects or teams and advised by the Manager/Supervisor.
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware and software.
  • Support local manufacturing systems, hardware and software.
  • Ensure appropriate hardware and software related procedures are implemented.
  • Develop a solid grasp of department specific applications.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and carry out calibration/ verification or modification etc.
  • Stay ahead of technical aspects of Knowledge & Key Skills to help further ability to support.
  • Find opportunities and recommend solutions for improving service, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Record all support activities.
    • Qualifications/Competencies/Skills:
  • Up-to-date professional certification in the relevant technical area.
  • PC Operating Systems, (Win NT to Win 10).
  • Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
  • Development of C# Windows and Web Applications.
