They are redefining their product industry with exceptional design and innovative technology.To ensure their Norfolk hub runs smoothly, they need someone to lead their small team to ensure processes are adhered to, improved and that production runs as efficiently as possible at all times.• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to streamline processes, minimise downtime, and enhance overall productivity.• Collaborate to align production schedules, inventory management, and shipping logistics.• Manage and develop a diverse manufacturing and warehouse team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.• Provide guidance, performance feedback, and support for professional development to ensure a high-performing workforce.• Uphold and enforce strict safety standards and practices across the site, in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.In return for your hard work and efforts, you will be paid a salary of £35k per annum and enjoy sociable working hours, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. To ensure a cohesive working environment, you will be required to travel to London once a fortnight to collaboratewith the Head Office. All expenses covered of course.
