MAAC Heating and Cooling are based on the outskirts of Norwich and specialise in supply Air Conditioning and Air Source Heat Pump systemsolutions to the domestic and commercial sectors mainly in East Anglia.This is a truly exciting opportunity to join forward-thinking company in a fast-growing field within the industry, with great opportunity for career progression and growth.We would like to welcome an administrator to join our committed, friendly, and successful team!Main responsibilities will include:Provide support with general administration and client communicationEnsure all details are input to the companies CRM systemBook appointments and scheduleengineers to carry from a survey to the final installation.Answer telephone call internally and externallyDeal with customer and clients queries and enquiries via telephone or email communicationRecord and handle personal dataFollow up after sales to ensure client or customer received the outstanding serviceEnsure sales materials and company records are updated dailyArrange training, complete applications records and file certificatesClose orders and deal with delivery notesEnsure the company website is updated when requiredArrange engineer travel and accommodationCompany vehicle careThe successful candidate will:Have excellent administration and communication skills (verbal and written)Be an organised individual who can manage timeBe professional, trustworthy, courteous and reliableEnjoy working in a small driven teamExcellent IT skillsBe able to work under pressure and sometimes at a fast paceBe able to prioritise their workload using own initiativeWhat we offer to a successful candidate:Salary £19000-£20000 per annumMonday to Friday - 37.5 hours per weekPrivate Health insurance21 days holiday + Bank holidays+ pensionAdditional holiday for time in serviceAdditional Days holiday for your birthdayLong Christmas breakThis is an excellent opportunity for someone local who is comfortable to work under own initiative and as part of the team.
