Job Description

Are you an experienced data-driven Digital Marketing Manager We are actively seeking a talented professional to lead the digital marketing efforts of an established Ecommerce company; youll join a friendly company where your skills and leadership willmake a significant impact.Role: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: Near Exeter - Hybrid working (work 1-2 days a week from home if required)Salary: £35k - £45k p.a. (depending upon experience)Responsibilities:

Devise and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to elevate brand visibility, generate high-quality traffic, and boost conversions.
Strategize, execute and optimise digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and actionable insights for refining marketing strategies.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including design and content, to develop engaging and compelling digital assets that align with the brands messaging and objectives.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness, generate data-driven insights, and deliver regular reports to the board level.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing, continually exploring innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a junior digital marketing professional, fostering their growth and success within a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

Ideally a Bachelors degree in marketing, business, and/or related Digital accreditations.
Demonstrable track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the Ecommerce industry.
Extensive knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive valuable insights and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
Good project management skills, including effective prioritisation, deadline management, and handling of multiple concurrent projects.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Demonstrated leadership qualities.
A creative and innovative mindset, constantly seeking novel ideas and strategies to drive business growth.
