Quantity SurveyorSwansea, South Wales£32 per hour PAYE / £250 per day6 months contractJob Ref: J200003As a Quantity Surveyor your duties and responsibilities will be:* Be an integral member of the Commercial Team, led by the Managing QS* Build a strong relationship with client counterparts* Ensure all company and Client processes are followed to minimise WIP (outstanding cash) and keep WIP within the contract and business target* Ensure cash is received on time at forecast level* Support the production of Monthly CVRs* Manage and price change within the terms of the contract* Provide support for pricing contracts working closely with the client* Support the procurement and management of sub-contractors and other suppliers* To develop and implement changes to process, following understanding of a need to make changes to improve performance* Produce and present productivity measures linked to the operations resource to ensure tender complianceYou will have:* A degree in Commercial Management/Quantity Surveying or other construction related subject or substantial previous experience* Full UK Driving LicenceThis is a hybrid role, you will be on site 1 day per week and the rest remoteTo apply, please speak to Cindy AndersonWe also have roles in Project Engineering, Site Management, Operations Management, Site Engineering, Design, Health and Safety and ComplianceRequired skills
