The company has experienced consistent growth over the past ten years, taking the brand to a clear leadership position in the UK and Ireland.The HR and Organisational Development department work collaboratively with management teams across the company, providing a proactive, serviced-focused and customer driven HR service. We’re looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team on a fixed-term contract and take ownership for the delivery of an excellent quality end to end’ HR advisory service across defined business areas.You’ll work closely with the senior team and operational managers to support the timely delivery across a range of core HR activities including, recruitment and selection, talent management, employee relations casework and contract and payroll changes. You’ll also support the operational managers with their department and team performance and development plans, and you’ll be confident in dealing with challenging conversations at all levels. While flexible in your approach when offering HR support and advice, you’ll ensure that solutions are aligned to the business and legally safe and sound.We’d love to hear from you if you have:
