Manufacturing Shift Production Operative (Permanent)Location: Somercotes DE55Pay: £13 per hour*Working as part of a small friendly team, if required, we’ll provide full on the job training to become a machine operative. The job involves receiving the product from a continuous production line and checking quality, labelling etc. and using equipment suchas pump trucks.We offer a clean, safe, warm environment, and some exceptional benefits including an annual bonus** that has a history of paying £2,500 per employee!If you are able to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday with availability for some weekend and overtime working, able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, and can carry out manual work, then please enquire about a short 30-minute trial.You must be able to work shifts, working one week of each shift - 0600-1400, 2200-0600, 1400-2200, and be able to commit to a small amount of mandatory extra hours, occasionally at weekends (104 hours minimum across a year, which is 2 hours per week on average).George Utz Ltd specialise in returnable commercial packaging, using state of the art injection mould machinery / technology, automation and robotics.
