Job Description

* PMO Analyst* Derbyshire: 3 day WFH* £35,000 - £45,000 + packagePMO Analyst: Derbyshire // 3 days WFHBroster Buchanan is engaged with a key client that is looking to recruit a PMO Analyst to support activities of the Delivery team providing central PMO Services and I.T Project Support.As PMO Analyst you will track data and information from across Technologys programme of work and provide key, clear and concise information to the project teams and all levels of management, improving communication across teams and individuals.The PMO Analyst will play a key role in the creation and day-to-day maintenance of programme-level roadmaps and resource plans, and through the distribution of concise and accurate status reports appropriate for a range of audiences, the PMO Analyst will ensurethere is a clear understanding of current and future goals across Technology, helping to improve collaboration and support the greater speed of delivery and shared ownership of objectives.Experienced and skills required:* Work with Product Owners, Project Managers, senior managers, and other key personnel to maintain the Portfolio Plans relevant to the management of the IT Portfolio of change: significantly, Inflight Portfolio Plan, Pipeline plan and the Annual Forward Scheduleof Change.* Provide Performance monitoring and Reporting of the Portfolio and Provision of MI relating to the Active Portfolio.* Management of portfolio level risks, issues, financials, and timelines.* Business Case derivation and Benefit identification, analysis and tracking.* Excellent MS Office Skills: significantly, Excel, MS Project (and Online) and PowerPoint.Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + packageLocation: Derbyshire // 3 days WFH
